Glasswork by ‘Il canto del diamante’

In this small apartment the rooms have been rearranged so that they now open off the semicircular entrance hall where a sliding panel of red glass separates it from the bedroom and an arch which leads to the living room leaving the stepped side of the kitchen area exposed. A panel in crystal and red glass in selenium has been created out of a series of curves and stratifications and then mounted on a sliding support in stainless steel. Inside the living room the wall between it and the kitchen appears to be a large cherry wood 'mobile'. The flooring of the apartment is in beech.
